Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026 · Applies to Fletcha Eats, operating in South Africa.
Fletcha Eats only works when everyone — customers, drivers, businesses and staff — behaves honestly and safely. The activities below are strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension, permanent closure and, where relevant, criminal charges.
1. Fraud

- Faking GPS, spoofing your location or marking orders delivered when you are not at the drop-off.
- Opening false disputes for items that were correctly delivered.
- Creating fake businesses, fake driver accounts or fake reviews.
2. Fake proof of payment
Uploading a fraudulent payment proof (forged screenshot, altered amount, wrong recipient) is a criminal offence. Your account will be closed immediately, the order cancelled, and the matter reported to the South African Police Service.
3. Abuse and harassment
- Insulting, threatening, intimidating or harassing customers, drivers, business staff or our support team.
- Discrimination of any kind (race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability).
- Sending sexual, hateful or violent messages through the order chat.
- Stalking — for example, contacting someone after the order is complete without consent.
4. Illegal activities
- Ordering or delivering illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or any controlled substance you are not licensed for.
- Selling alcohol or cigarettes to anyone under 18.
- Using Fletcha Eats to launder money or to evade tax.
- Any activity that breaks South African law.
5. Account misuse
- Sharing your account with someone else.
- Opening multiple accounts to bypass suspensions or abuse promotions.
